According to Hallmark's official synopsis 'Miracle in Bethlehem' follows 'successful and fiercely independent, Mary Ann Brubeck' as she decides to adopt a baby girl just before Christmas (obviously). But the weather has other plans and Mary and her new baby are stuck in Bethlehem (no not the one in the West Bank, the other one, in Pennsylvania) for Christmas. But guess what, there are no rooms available! So Mary and her baby have to stay with Joe, 'a quintessential bachelor who lives in a house that he treats like a barn'. By now you get the drift, cue blossoming love and Christmas in a small community and all that it entails.

Is 'Miracle in Bethlehem, PA.' worth watching?
Absolutely. The beauty of these films is they're simple (though not idiotically so) but also heartwarming, which makes for a nice change from all the darker stuff streaming out there. An ideal movie when you've got a hot chocolate in your hands and twinkling Christmas lights reflecting off the windows.
