'Million Dollar Beach House' Ending Explained: Who is going to be Jimmy's secret weapon, JB or Noel?
Who is the cause of all the trouble in 'Million Dollar Beach House'? Peggy or Noel? In the beginning of the season, there was much mudslinging between Peggy and Noel after the poor showing at Marine Boulevard. It escalated to a point where Peggy created a scene at the opening of the Blue Mars hotel and later in the Nest Seekers office, calling Noel a 'phony'. She was angry that Noel had apparently told another co-agent to keep her away from the Blue Mars hotel. There was much animosity between the two and they continued to engage in cold war for the rest of the season.
It turns out that Noel might just make another enemy, and this time it's Jimmy Gugliano's protege, JB Andreassi. Lately, JB has been fretting about whether he should still be mentored by Jimmy or become independent and start his own brand. JB has been nervous about this and thinks that he might not have it in him to start alone. It didn't help matters when Noel decided to help Jimmy with the luxurious Erica Lane house at Sagaponack, which has a listing of $9,45,000 and is around 6000 square feet. Noel showed his expertise and knowledge to the owner about why it deserves to be sold below $10M. Earlier, Noel explained to the camera that he was to make the best use of this chance to work with Jimmy. He said that he could be his 'secret weapon'. At the end of the episode, Jimmy revealed that they had managed to lock a deal.
Jimmy praised Noel at the Nest Seekers office and said that he would get him on another project. Clearly, this is going to lead to further friction in the team as JB later says,
"I'm number two on Jimmy's team. I'm the right hand guy. I'm a little bit jealous, to be honest with you," and adds that he might just move out of Jimmy's shadow and start on his own.
Only six episodes have released as of now, but it's a warning about what's to come yet. With Peggy stealing the Duck Pond listing and JB turning resentful towards Jimmy, things aren't going to be pleasant for the agents. Tune into the drama between the real-estate agents on Netflix.
