Pompeo parties like it's 2016! Trolls ask ‘is Hillary running’ after he says he'll release Clinton emails

Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo is being mocked for dragging former first lady of United States Hillary Clinton in a realm of controversies ahead of presidential elections. Pompeo said on October 9 that his agency was working as fast as it could to release Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails after President Donald Trump lashed out at him for not making them public.

In an interview given to Fox News’ anchor Dana Perino in the show ‘The Daily Briefing,’ Pompeo said some of Clinton’s correspondence could also be made public before the presidential election.“We’re going to get there. We’re going to get this information out so the American people can see it,” Pompeo stated while lambasting Clinton for using a private email server while she was secretary of state in the Obama administration, New York Post reported.

“We’re doing it as fast as we can. I certainly think there’ll be more to see before the election,” Pompeo went on. New York Post reported that Clinton deleted more than 30,000 emails from her private server after she was asked to turn them over to investigators, claiming they were personal emails.

Pompeo mentioned that the release would be done in a way that does not threaten national security. “I’ve been at this with President Trump for four years now, almost. I’ve never seen him do anything that would put any kind of asset, any kind of one of our officers in any harm’s way. He wouldn’t do that,” he said. He added, “We’ll get the information out that needs to get out and we’ll do it in a way that protects the intelligence sources that we need to protect.”

Pompeo’s actions on Hillary Clinton come after Trump has rebuked him and Attorney General Bill Barr over the fact that Clinton had not faced any consequences for both her use of a private email server and involvement in the origins of the 2016 probe into Trump’s alleged campaign’s ties with Russia. "She said she had 33,000 emails," Trump told Fox News on October 8 showing displeasure with Pompeo’s inaction. "They're in the State Department, but Mike Pompeo is unable to get them out, which is very sad actually. I'm -- I'm not happy about him for that, that reason. He was unable to get -- I don't know why. You're running the State Department and you get them out. But they're in the State Department."

After Pompeo is trying to publicize Hillary’s emails on behalf of Trump, he got mocked by the Internet for bringing her into controversies when she is not even a candidate for the 2020 presidential elections to be held on November 3. A user ridiculed Pompeo for his actions, “I'm worried. What if Mike Pompeo releases more of Hillary Clinton's emails!? She might not get elected!” A user wrote mocking Pompeo, “I didn’t realize Hillary was running for president again in 2020… Who the hell cares about emails?”

A user ridiculed Pompeo, “Does Mike Pompeo know that Hillary is not running in this election?” Another concurred, “If Sec Pompeo releases HILLARY EMAILS WILL IT EFFECT YOUR VOTE? IT WON'T MINE BECAUSE HILLARY ISNT RUNNING #VoteBidenHarris2020.” A user quipped, “Looking for Hillary on the ballot.” Another targeted Trump regime, “I think the Trump camp think they’ll find Joe in the emails or try to show his American country that he told the truth for once; if it’s something to see.” A user joked, “Hillary to the entire GOP.”
