An interesting match-up is on the cards as the NL East table-toppers, Atlanta Braves take on the Miami Marlins at Truist Park on September 7. The Marlins are still in playoff contention and will look to take this series from the Braves and make life difficult for the Phillies above them. They lost the series 2-1 against the Tampa Bay Rays and will be keen on rectifying the mistakes against the Braves. Here's everything you need to know ahead of the tussle.

Time

The game is slated to start at 1.10 pm ET on September 7, 2020.

Venue

Both teams will meet at Truist Park, Atlanta, GA.

Where to watch?

The game can be watched live on YouTube. Fans can even listen to the live commentary on 940 AM WINZ, WAQI 170, 680 AM/93.7 FM, WNNX 100.5 and Braves Radio Network.

How to live stream?

Fans can catch the game on MLB.TV as well as the My Stream App. MLB.TV is still the most preferred app as it comes with a slashed price of $59.99 keeping in mind the shortened season. A complete subscription provides viewers with access to the full regular season, the playoffs, and the World Series. Other options that viewers can look for is YouTube TV that gives access to ESPN, ESPN2, Fox, FS1, MLB Network and TBS at $64.99. Hulu and fuboTV have some similar options available.

Pre-game buzz

Rubbing off the Marlins is a mistake. They have been competitive and are placed third in the NL East. They will be starting off with Jose Urena making his season debut after being on the Covid-19 list. His 2019 was quite forgettable with a 5.21 ERA and a 1.48 WHIP. His records against the Braves isn't much of an impact either with a 2-8 record and 6.60 ERA. However, in Garret Cooper, they have a player capable of turning things around. He's got two dingers to his name and is hitting .270.

The Braves will look to consolidate their position at the top of the standings. Ian Anderson will be starting for them and in Marcell Ozuna, they have a hitter who has set the season ablaze with some crisp thwacking. He's got five homers with 13 RBI's in his last six games and the Braves will be hoping he blams a few more out of the park.

Who will win?

The Braves come in as the team favored to win this. In Anderson, they have a pitcher with a great run so far. The Marlins can play spoilsport but the Braves with a better form record might take this away.
