Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle was keeping herself quite busy behind the scenes during her pregnancy with baby Archie. She did not let her pregnancy hold her back from going after projects that were important to her, as her latest Instagram post shows.

On July 31, Meghan shared a series of never-seen-before photos of her pregnancy with baby Archie. She was seen meeting the employees of Smart Works, an NGO that she has been working with before Archie was born. The new mother can be seen in maternity clothes while gently touching her stomach in quite a few of the pictures. In one of the side view shots, Meghan seems to be well into her pregnancy as she sports a stylish monochrome dress.

The pictures were captioned, "Spotlight on: Smart Works. We are proud to be supporting a very special initiative this autumn for @SmartWorksCharity! After quiet visits to Smart Works over the past year, the duchess was moved by the impactful work being done by this non-profit organization that helps women into the workforce, equipping them with both the skills and clothes they need to feel job-ready."

The post further explained that though Meghan noticed that the donations were many, they were a combination of very mismatched items and colors. These were not necessarily the right stylistic choices to make women feel confident and inspired to walk into an interview. The post also shared that Meghan was going to be supporting a collective to help equip the women of Smart Works with essential workwear.

"This initiative is supported by four generous brands who share the vision to empower the women of Smart Works to look and feel [100 emoji] as they bravely venture into what can often be a daunting environment for those who have been out of the job market." The brands include John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, Jigsaw, and Meghan's close designer friend Mischa Nonoo.
