'Manifest' Season 1: Zeke's arrival could spell the end of Michaela and Jared, as things are set to get 'hostile' between the two men

Michaela's relationship with her former fiance, Jared, took a strange turn when the Jeff Rake-created show resumed January 7 after its long fall break. Starring Melissa Roxburgh as Michaela Stone, J.R. Ramirez as Jared, and Matt Long as Zeke, 'Manifest' has been following the dire consequences the sudden disappearance of Montego Air Flight 828 had on the lives of its passengers.

Michaela, who was one of the passengers on Flight 828 along with her brother, Ben Stone (played by Josh Dallas) and his son, Cal Stone (played by Jack Messina), was supposed to be engaged to Jared. However, after the plane went missing in 2013 and returned in 2018, only to reveal the passengers hadn't aged a day, Michaela discovered Jared had married her best friend, Lourdes (played by Victoria Cartagena).
