Police have charged a suburban Chicago man with involuntary manslaughter after he was caught by surveillance cameras partially closing the lid of the hot tub in which his wife had drowned.
58-year-old Eric Huska, of Wheeling, Illinois was accused of preventing his wife from getting out of the backyard hot tub, leading to his arrest Saturday night, Daily Mail reports. Laura Huska, 57, died in a homicide, the Cook County medical examiner’s office ruled.
