Two episodes of the conspiracy thriller series 'Manhunt' are available to stream on Apple TV+

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Monica Beletsky's highly anticipated miniseries 'Manhunt' premiered on Friday, March 15, with the first two episodes on Apple TV+. Directed by Carl Franklin, the conspiracy thriller features Tobias Menzies as Edwin Stanton and Anthony Boyle as John Wilkes Booth.

It is a series adaptation of James L Swanson's 'Manhunt: The 12-Day Chase for Lincoln's Killer'. The filming began in June 2022 and the infamous assassination was shot at the Miller Theater, a historic location in Philadelphia.

What is the plot of Apple TV+'s 'Manhunt'?

The show depicts the relentless pursuit of John Wilkes Booth, the infamous assassin of President Abraham Lincoln, in the aftermath of the assassination.

Edwin Stanton, Lincoln's secretary of war and close friend, initiates the hunt to capture Booth after the tragic event.
