It may just be day one on 'Love Island', but that didn't stop Sereniti Springs from catching feelings for Felipe Gomes. 'Love Island' Season 4 kicked off with ten new islanders coupling up with each other in order to find their perfect match and also win the $100,000 grand prize.

After initially expressing interest in Andy Voyen, and being shot down by him, Sereniti pretty much retreated into her shell. So when Jesse Bray was brought out, fearing yet another rejection, Sereniti didn't step forward to couple up with him. Jesse eventually coupled up with Deborah Chubb. When Sereniti was asked why she didn't step forward for Jesse, she simply claimed that he didn't make any eye contact with her, so she felt that he wasn't interested in her. But towards the end when Brazilian model Felipe Gomes was brought out, Sereniti wasted no time in stepping forward for him and claimed to be drawn to his looks and smile. Since no one else stepped forward for him, Felipe decided to couple up with Sereniti, although he claimed that he preferred tall, skinny, brunettes. So, when an opportunity to go on a date with a brunette woman presented itself, Felipe immediately jumped at it.

Felipe decided to go out on a date with one of the two bombshells that will be making their debut in the next episode. He saw the picture of a brunette woman and immediately picked her out as his date and snuck out to go meet her. The other men tried covering up for him, but when Sereniti realized that her man was on another date, she was left looking devastated. After watching Sereniti's strong reaction to Felipe going on a date, fans began chiding her for not only her over-reaction to the situation, but also for not coupling up with Jesse in the first place.
