However, for a select set of individuals ready to try a less conventional approach to modern dating, there is Netflix's 'Love is Blind'. Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, this addictive 10-part series sees these individuals create meaningful bonds without knowing what their potential partner looks like. Once engaged, the couple can then reveal themselves and are tasked with turning their emotional relationship into a physical one before they tie the knot.

Who is Shaina Hurley?

Shaina Hurley is a 32-year-old hairstylist based out of Chicago. As per her social media introduction, honesty comes above all else for Shaina. "I appreciate honesty in all things, especially dating. Just tell the truth." is what she had to say in a post shared by the official 'Love is Blind' Instagram handle. The preview also mentions that she is religious, backed by the fact that she has psalms and scriptures that are important to her listed on her social media. Shaina also has an active social life, enjoys travelling, and has visited Greece, London, Spain, and France. As a hairstylist, Shaina has worked with celebs such as Zooey Deschanel, who shared a photo of her on her Twitter handle back in 2019. The ten-episode dating show is set to premiere on Netflix on February 11, with new episodes released every Friday. the schedule for the upcoming season is as follows -- Week 1 (Friday, February 11): Epsiodes 1-5, Week 2 (Friday, February 18): Episodes 6-9 and Week 3 (Friday, February 25): Episodes 10 (finale).
