Gear up to take yourself on a ride with Theresa Caputo as she shares some of the most heartwarming and heartbreaking stories of people in 'Long Island Medium'.

This season will also invite celebrities like Tatum O'Neal, Wayne Brady, Louie Anderson, Michael Fishman, Bronson Pinchot, Arie and Lauren Luyendyk, Taylor Dayne, Kate Flannery, and Reginald VelJohnson, who will be interacting with Caputo and allow the viewers to get closer to them through the show.

Release Date

Season nine of 'Long Island Medium' will air on Friday, October 18. 

Plot

Throughout the season, Caputo's ability to help individuals to connect with their departed ones result in a rollercoaster of emotions which are sometimes, filled with readings that shock people.

This season also sees Caputo experiencing the presence of a spirit twice. 

The spirit first surfaces when Caputo does a reading for a family that had experienced a devastating tragedy. The other appearance occurs when Caputo was performing a group reading but Caputo maintains her calm and handles the situation.

The season will also deal with how Caputo juggles between being a medium as well as a mother when a spirit decides to become an uninvited guest at Caputo's daughter's wedding dress shopping spree.

Cast

Theresa Caputo will be returning to the show for its ninth edition and will be accompanied by various celebrities throughout the season. 

Caputo has also written several books such as 'Good Grief: Heal Your Soul, Honor Your Loved Ones, and Learn to Live Again', 'There's More to Life Than This', 'You Can't Make This Stuff Up: Life-Changing Lessons from Heaven', and others. In these books, Caputo unravels the important questions of life and death and everything that comes in between.
