'Long Island Medium' Preview: Theresa Caputo puts herself at risk by allowing spirits to communicate with her at all times
This week's episode saw Theresa allowing two sisters to reconnect to their dad who lost his life during 9/11 while also allowing a family to reconnect to their loved ones who passed away unexpectedly. However, Theresa Caputo has something unusual planned for next week's episode.
Most of the time, Theresa tends to allow the spirits to connect to her but there have been times when she shuts them out. Especially in situations where she feels it is not appropriate to connect to a spirit.
Recently, Theresa thought that it would be fun to allow the spirits to connect to her whenever they wanted.
While it seemed like a wild move to her daughter Victoria, Theresa seemed excited to see how things turned out as she had never done this before.
To her surprise, it was a lot harder than she had expected as she had spirits connecting to her everywhere she went.
Be it a grocery store or just driving past a gas station, Theresa found herself confronting strangers and telling them about the ones who they lost. "If I sense something, I am going to say something," that seemed to be Theresa's mantra for the day.
In one of the readings, Theresa feels a father trying to connect to his daughter. She comes across a couple and confronts the lady asking if she had lost a father. The woman responds with a yes but is shocked by what Theresa had to say next. Theresa tells her that she sees a picture of her father holding her from when she was a baby. The women are shocked and showed Thersa the exact picture and stated that she has always had that picture with her on the phone.
In another reading for the next episode, Theresa meets a mother and daughter duo as they walked on the street. Theresa confronted the mother and asked her about her grandmother who had passed away. The women seemed a bit hesitant to answer at first. However, she seemed to believe Theresa after the reality star told her about the conversation she had with her grandmother before her death.
While the events in the coming episode showcase Theresa connecting with different spirit every second, she seemed to be overwhelmed as at the end she says that she is having a big headache. Will the task get the best of Theresa? Only the next episode will tell us.
