Lifetime's new thriller 'I Won't Let You Go' follows Angela West, who has always wanted a family. And now that she has one with her devoted husband Keith, she couldn’t be happier. However, things take a turn after an ex-boyfriend begins following her. She tries everything, including running into her husband's arms for protection, but she can't seem to get rid of the stalker who is wrecking her life. The film is inspired by a true story.

Paniz Zade

Paniz Zade was born in Tehran and moved to Canada when she was ten years old. Her parents were keen to give their two girls every opportunity the world had to offer. It wasn't easy for them, but they were strong, diligent, and sincerely loved one another, and as a result, they succeeded, and their girls thrived. Her sister works at EA Sports FIFA as a Developmental Director, NBD.



 

Paniz graduated from SFU with a BA in Communications and Poli-Sci. She considers herself a foodie, a hobby cook, and an animal lover. She's a highly competent and experienced actor who's trained under the best and worked on a slew of productions like 'Fifty Shades Darker', 'The Handmaid's Tale', and 'Arrow'. Her other roles include Janey in 'The Wedding Planners,' Emily in 'Dashing Home for Christmas,' and Jillian Patel in 'Hudson and Rex'. She is also a gifted visual artist.



 

Paniz has been known to date her boyfriend Ryan Bruce for a long time. Ryan is a storyteller who loves adventure, according to his Instagram account. The two love to share their photos together on their social media.



 

Luke Humphrey 

Luke Humphrey is an actor and producer known for his roles in 'Ronny & I,' 'I Was Lorena Bobbitt,' and 'The Manhattan Project.' His role as John Wayne Bobbitt in the television film 'I Was Lorena Bobbitt' made him popular and earned him the 10th Canadian Screen Award for Best Actor in a Television Film or Miniseries in 2022. His parents are Canadian actors Mark Humphrey and Wendel Meldrum. Humphrey made his movie debut in 'Cruel but Necessary' in 2005. His other credits include the films 'I Don't Want to Kill Myself' and 'Trench 11,' the television series 'Frankie Drake Mysteries' and 'Tiny Pretty Things,' and the online series 'Chateau Laurier,' as well as stage performances in 'The Three Musketeers' and 'Shakespeare in Love' at the Stratford Festival.



 

'I Won't Let You Go' premieres Saturday, May 28 at 8/7c on Lifetime Channel.
