Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their fourth child- Psalm West on episode 6 aptly titled ‘Psalm West’. Kim who had Psalm through a surrogate documented the entire pregnancy on the show.

In the earlier episodes, we saw discussions between the doctor and Kim about how Psalm’s delivery could be risky due to his position in the womb, and that the surrogate might need an “inversion therapy” to get him out safely. Kim who had to undergo the same during her delivery of Saint, described the procedure as “more painful than the labor itself”. Thankfully, the surrogate didn’t have to undergo inversion and Psalm was born as a normal delivery.

In her green room interview, Kim was singing praises of their surrogate saying how easily she delivered their bundle of joy. The reality star reveals that the surrogate just pushed once and Psalm was out. She then shares that the baby was healthy and weighed 6.5 pounds. She also tells that she was quite content and full, and didn’t want any more children.

Finally, fans also got a glimpse of Psalm West when Kim introduced the infant to the entire clan, thus marking the debut of the newest addition to the Kardashian clan on their famous reality show. Psalm already seems to enjoy his screen time, as we saw him flashing a cute smile when his grandma- Kris Jenner took him in her arms.

Kris then asked Kim how they came up with the baby’s name. The reality star revealed that Kanye wanted the child to be called Ye, and since that word had no meaning they searched the entire Bible to find a name that began with Ye and found only Yechiel. Kim then apparently shared this with her little sister Kylie, who instantly said no and suggested Psalm instead saying Psalm and Saint sounded good together. Kanye too is happy with the name as the kids call Psalm, Psalmye.
