Kenneth Hoyt: Ex-porn star dubbed 'pants-less perv' booked for stalking and flashing a woman in NYC
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Kenneth Hoyt, a former porn star who is wanted in multiple cases related to sex offences is now booked for flashing and stalking a woman on the Upper East Side. As per authorities, the man who was given the title of a 'pants-less perv' for his repeated felony goes back up to three decades. His latest victim was on East 83rd Street near First Avenue when he allegedly opened his jacket, fully exposing his genitals to her around 11.30 pm on January 10.
“Hoyt, a Level 3 sex offender — meaning he is among those most at risk for recidivism — is also accused of making ‘numerous amounts of unwanted social media contact with the victim’ and ‘detailing her movements throughout her day,’” police said. Police on Thursday updated that Hoyt is still at large and shared the description of his physical appearance. A man around 5.9 feet, weighs about 180 pounds and has hazel eyes and long blond hair was behind the bars in 2019 on charges of public lewdness. The other charges related to his last arrest were acting in a manner injurious to a child and disorderly conduct, said police. According to New York Post's earlier reports, Hoyt was arrested at least three women on the subway between August and September 2017.

'He’s had a problematic history'
In two cases, the convict was reportedly wearing only a long camouflage shirt and was nude from the waist down when he exposed himself to the victims. This led to an infamous moniker of the ‘pants-less perv.’ “He’s had a problematic history, obviously level 3. So he has done this before,” said then-Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce.
'A repeated offender'
The 58-year-old was also arrested in 2006 after allegedly exposing himself and masturbating on Manhattan trains, once his victims being two 16-year-old girls. Hoyt was then arrested when one of his victims told the police the porn website address printed on the back of his jacket. His earlier conviction dates back to 1987, when he molested a 13-year-old girl, sending him on three years’ probation, as per legal records.
