"I married my soul's mate": Kat Von D secretly marries singer Leafar Seyer
The former “LA Ink” star secretly tied the knot with singer Leafer Seyer and even got matching manicures to celebrate the occasion.
Kat Von D just got married!
The 35-year-old tattoo artist and musician announced that she tied the knot with Prayers singer Leafar Seyer on Wednesday, reports E! News Online. "Today, I married my soul's mate, my mind's twin, my best friend: @prayers Juntos en vida y en muerte," Kat wrote on Instagram.
To celebrate the occasion, in addition to their matching, simple silver wedding bands, the ink empress and ‘Living Dangerously’ singer also coordinated all the way down to their fingertips by wearing identical, long and pointed black manicures, as seen in the picture shared on Instagram by Kat.
The picture on Instagram also suggests that the couple also took the unconventional route when it came to their wedding day attire, with Von D opting to wear all-black rather than a traditional white gown, but that shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise to fans who are familiar with her line of work and sense of style.
Seyer also shared the same photo on his account writing, “Today I married the girl of my dreams [ En Vida Y En Muerte ]” which translates from Spanish to mean “In life and in death.”
According to another report by Page Six, Von D — whose real name is Katherine von Drachenberg — posted a video on Valentine’s Day in which Seyer is oddly wearing the same ring he is sporting in their wedding announcement photo.
The couple often posts photos of each other on social media. Recently, for Valentine's Day, Leafar posted a video on Instagram which showed a plane flying above them with a banner that read, "I love you Kat Von D.”
"Seeing you smile and making you happy is what I live for. I love you @thekatvond ❤ Happy Valentines Day!" He captioned the post.
We reckon the social media romance will only intensify after the freshly-announced secret marriage.
