‘Kanye is really getting on Kim’s nerves’: Power couple is arguing a lot over parenting duties during quarantine

Being locked inside home 24/7 for weeks is not an easy task, especially when you are a celebrity who is used to travel frequently. Things start to get messy and sometimes the people you love suddenly becomes irritating, and love takes the shape of fights and arguments. This is what has reportedly happened between Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West amid the coronavirus lockdown.

According to a source, the power couple is ‘arguing a lot’ amid COVID-19 pandemic while being stuck at home. “Kim and Kanye have been arguing a lot during the quarantine. Kanye is really getting on Kim’s nerves,” the insider revealed exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly.

The source further said that West, who has been officially declared a billionaire by Forbes, is mostly “focused on creating” lately, hinting towards his athletic wear brand, Yeezy, of which the 42-year-old is the sole owner. And due to which, the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star feels like “all the parenting duties are falling on her.”

“Kim finds it frustrating that [Kanye] doesn’t ask her how he can help with the kids,” the insider added.

The 39-year-old reality TV star tied the knot with the rapper in May 2014 in Italy. Together, they share four kids, North, 6, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 11 months.

This comes a few days after earlier reports claimed that West has given his wife a break from their four children. The ‘I Love It’ singer reportedly took the children to his massive ranch in Cody, Wyoming. “It’s a huge chaos with all the kids at home. Kanye escapes to his office for a work break. He also let Kim have a break last week when he took some of the kids to Wyoming,” a source had revealed.

“They have been taking turns caring for the kids," the source added.

However, Kim was severely criticized for wanting to take breaks from the children. A few others had an issue with the fact that they were not following the 'stay at home' order due to the COVID-19 outbreak with one commenting, "God forbid she should have to parent her kids," while a second wrote, "Shouldn’t surprise anyone since she can’t parent more than 5 mins." A third added, "If she wants a break, don't have so many kids. Simple. She chose that life. AND I'm sure she's got an endless list of helpers. Give US a break."

As previously reported, Kim has revealed that the lockdown situation has canceled her plans to have more kids. The beauty mogul was speaking on 'The View' when she shared her thoughts and admitted that the challenging times have put her off adding another one to her family of six. “Being at home with four kids — if I ever thought for a minute that I wanted another one, that is out the door. It's really tough. It's really tough,” she said.

In the same interview, the ‘Dash Dolls’ star also disclosed her newfound respect for teachers as she remarked, “Being their teacher too ... [I have] newfound respect for teachers. They deserve so much. It's been tough juggling it all. You really have to put yourself on the back burner and just focus on the kids."
