Kandi Burruss has broken her silence after a shooting at her Old Lady Gang restaurant in East Point, Georgia left three people injured.  Burruss expressed her condolences and reflected how a night of love had turned into a nightmare.

"My family and I are truly saddened by the unfortunate events that occurred at Old Lady Gang (OLG) Camp Creek, on the evening of February 14th, an evening that was meant to celebrate love, unfortunately, turned into something quite different," she wrote.

She continued in her social media post, "Our prayers and thoughts go out to the individuals that were harmed or in any way negatively impacted." She further added that the incident was currently under investigation as she wrote, "We are aware that this matter is being actively investigated by law enforcement and we are cooperating with law enforcement to bring to justice those involved."

Burruss further noted that the restaurant is a reflection of community and joy and not the incident that took place on the day of Valentine's day. "As African-American business owners, it has been our goal to invest in our community by bringing jobs, quality dining, and a positive experience to the greater Atlanta area; we hope that you know and understand that the acts of violence that occurred yesterday evening do not, in any way, serve as a reflection of OLG or its values," she wrote.

She further asked her fans and followers to reveal any information they may have regarding the incident. "We appreciate all of the love and prayers that have come our way and we encourage anyone with any information regarding any aspects of the events that occurred to please reach out to law enforcement as soon as possible," she wrote.

Fans were quick to come out in her support as one wrote, "People who know YOU know this doesn’t reflect negatively on you or your business" while another added, "WELL SAID!!! OLG is one of the main spots in ATL where I feel at home. And I will continue to support. My prayers are with the victims."
