LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘The Five’ host Jesse Watters is back at the studio desk after a brief vacation with his wife and children in Maine.

The 45-year-old Fox News political commentator had been enjoying some downtime, away from the hustle and bustle of the studio but eager fans didn’t want their favorite host to rest.

Instead, some viewers started bombarding a picture of his wife Emma which Jesse had posted on his Instagram a while ago with comments asking him to return to the show. Their contention was simple.

They wanted Jesse back on ‘The Five’ as rotating host Jessica Tarlov’s remarks didn’t sit well with them. The fans believed that having Jessica on ‘The Five’ only damaged the reputation of the show which Jesse has built over time.

Their prayers were answered as Jesse returned to the show on Monday, August 21, 2023, with a bang as he critiqued President Joe Biden for maintaining silence about the Maui wildfires for five days, fearing questions from media about his son Hunter Biden.

Fans plead  Jesse Watters to ‘get back on The Five’ after Jessica Tarlov’s debacle

Jesse Watters and his wife Emma with their two children -- son Jesse Jr and daughter Gigi along with Jesse's twin daughters Ellie and Sophie from his previous marriage were vacationing in Maine.

Emma had been updating the fans about the tri on her social media but when the Fox News host posted a picture of her wife on his Instagram profile, instead of complimenting her beauty, the fans reminded Jesse of his duty to the show.

Jessica Tarlov, the rotating host on ‘The Five’, recently made an insensitive and naive remark about Oliver Anthony’s viral blue-collar anthem titled ‘Rich Men North of Richmond’ which represents the diminishing plight of the rural, put-upon White working-class men.

Tarlov said the song was "fat-shaming" and defended her views on ‘The Five’. Her "naivety" didn’t sit well with viewers who thrashed her opinions at every turn.

In their desperate hour, the fans saw Jesse’s post who shared his wife’s breathtaking snap on his profile. They saw a window of opportunity and pounced upon it, begging Jesse to return to the show at the earliest and get rid of Tarlov.

One fan wrote, “Jessica I can’t stomach that miserable woman. Get back on the show! She needs to go just like Gerardo,” while a second said, “Come back to work ASAP! Fox must get rid of Jessica!”

One viewer wrote, “I respect you Jesse, enough with the vacations as Jessica Tarlov is out of control on the Five,” while another commented, “Please come back soon from your special assignment. The Five needs to be 5 and Jessica Tarlov is out of control.”

One fan exclaimed, “Jesse, hurry up and get back, Jessica is out of control and needs you to put her back in her place! She needs to go, she’s so obnoxious!”

Fortunately, it didn’t take long for Jesse to return to work. Whether it was due to the remarks or he was already scheduled to return, fans of the show rejoiced to have him back in the studio.

Jesse Watters criticizes President Joe Biden on his return to ‘The Five’

Jesse Watters stated on his return to ‘The Five’ that “Joe Biden is the only person who spends more time in vacations than I do,” questioning the president’s ignorance on the wildfires in Maui, Hawaii.

He further added that it was shameful that the Biden administration took “five days to respond to Maui wildfires” and “six days to respond to Afghanistan problem”.

Watters was livid in his opinion about President Biden and later stated that it was a complete failure that the President of the United States had to be “dragged to Maui”.

Watters ended his segment by stating that it was sheer “incompetence” on the part of the Biden administration to address the disastrous wildfires head-on.
