Jenelle Evans slammed as ‘terrible mom’ for celebrating Thanksgiving amid son Jace's hospitalization after runaway

OAK ISLAND, NORTH CAROLINA: 'Teen Mom' star Jenelle Evans celebrated Thanksgiving with her 7-year-old daughter Ensley, 9-year-old son Kaiser and husband David Eason.

However, her eldest son, 14-year-old Jace, was noticeably absent, having been recently hospitalized following his attempt to run away.

Jenelle's husband, David, faced accusations of allegedly assaulting Jace. Consequently, to ensure a safer living environment for the 14-year-old, the decision has been made to place him in foster care.

It appears that Jenelle is joyfully celebrating Thanksgiving without her eldest son. On Thursday night, she shared a series of photos, wearing a checkered shirt over a peach-colored top while holding Ensley and Kaiser close in her arms.

The final two slides depicted Jenelle posing with her husband David. In response to this, a user commented, "No matter how much you smile and pretend everything is fine, sort your life out and put your children FIRST!"

Another commented, "Weird you're perfectly fine celebrating Thanksgiving without your oldest but hey live your life queen."

Jenelle couldn't stop herself but replied, "Oh yes cuz you just know how people mentally are feeling through a picture? Move on."

A user commented, "Definition of TOXIC right here! Find a good man ur worth more than this!"

Another suggested, "How about your children should come before the dirtbag? How can you choose a man over your child? You should not have any of your children."

"This is what u call no shame," wrote a user.

Another individual criticized Jenelle, labeling her as a "terrible mother." 

Child Protective Services is taking custody of 'Teen Mom' star Jenelle Evans' son Jace

After another runaway incident, Jace has reportedly been taken into custody by Child Protective Services (CPS). TMZ disclosed that Jace ran away from his grandmother Barbara's house earlier this month and was absent for an entire day.

According to reports, Jace was caught vaping at school. Upon discovering this, Barbara confiscated his phone.

However, it appears that Jace is becoming increasingly challenging for both his parents and his grandmother to manage.

Indeed, it seems that CPS will be taking full responsibility for him and arranging for his placement in foster care.

Jenelle recently took to X to assert that while other mothers have been expressing sympathy and concern for her, her own mother never takes the time to consider her feelings.

She wrote, "It’s crazy how older women treat me more like a mom on the internet by writing to me with encouragement and words of caring more than my own mother does."

Accompanied by a sad emoji, she remarked, "Thanks, everyone. I see your comments, and it truly does make me feel better."
