Ivanka Trump trolled for posting vacation photo that has something very dodgy behind Jared Kushner
Some of the Twitter users took a swipe at Jared Kushner too — who is serving as a White House adviser under a temporary security clearance — asking, "Does that fish have a security clearance too."
President Donald Trump's daughter and adviser Ivanka Trump tweeted pictures of her husband Jared Kushner and her son on the Christmas morning. She captioned the image: "This fish is a trophy!" However, many Twitter users appeared to be more interested in the background of the image, which featured a Confederate flag.
In the image posted by Ivanka, a Confederate flag alongside the American flag can be seen on a boat in the distance behind Kushner's left shoulder.
Many social media users were quick to notice the controversial symbol and attacked the first daughter for posting the image. Ivanka's father, President Trump, has had a history of defending Confederate statues. He has even directly refused to condemn racist, Confederate rallies in the past.
"Sad to see the history and culture of our great country being ripped apart with the removal of our beautiful statues and monuments," Trump had tweeted in August when some cities across the United States decided to remove the Confederate statues.
“Couldn't find four photos without one? Or is this a dogwhistle?” Twitter user Walter Shaub said. Shaub was director of the Office of Government Ethics under former President Barack Obama.

President Trump had also refused to condemn white supremacist groups after an August rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. A man allied with a far-right group ran his car over a group of counterprotesters, killing one and injuring several others.

"I think there is blame on both sides,” the president had said after the incident. “You had a group on one side that was bad. You had a group on the other side that was also very violent. Nobody wants to say that. I’ll say it right now.”
The first daughter, however, had taken a stricter stance against the Charlottesville violence, tweeting: "There should be no place in society for racism, white supremacy and neo-nazis."

Some of the Twitter users took a swipe at Jared Kushner too — who is serving as a White House adviser under a temporary security clearance — asking, "Does that fish have a security clearance too." Kushner has not yet passed a comprehensive background investigation.
While many others alluded to an active investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians in the presidential elections.

Reports state that Kushner was involved in a meeting at Trump Tower with a Russian lawyer, who promised some slanderous information on Hillary Clinton. Clinton was Trump's presidential rival in last year's election.
A Twitter user said that Kushner is spending time with his family "while he can."
Did you pay for this vacation with your child tax credit?! No? Cool. Nice confederate flag, by the way, Jared.— Bobby Pearson (@robertpearsonjr) December 26, 2017
