Ivanka Trump has raised eyebrows after sharing a tweet that may hint that she has aspirations of her own to run for public office someday. President Donald J. Trump's eldest daughter shared Monday that she loves Iowa. Her tweet garnered tens of thousands of likes within moments, Fox News reported.

Ivanka was retweeting Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds of Iowa, who wrote "On this day in 1846, President James K. Polk signed a bill making Iowa the 29th state in the Union. Happy Statehood Day to the great State of Iowa, and to all who proudly call her home."

It's worth noting that caucuses in Iowa have kicked off the presidential nominating calendar for nearly half a century. The Hawkeye State, therefore, is a must stop for presidential hopefuls. That said, Ivanka is no stranger to the Republican stronghold of Iowa. On the eve of last month's election, the younger Trump was at the state for a two-day swing -- campaigning for her father and Sen. Joni Ernst's re-election. Trump defeated reported President-Elect Joe Biden by 8 points in Iowa -- and Ernst easily won what political pundits had predicted to be a difficult race. Ivanka had also visited Iowa shortly before the 2018 election to campaign for Gov. Reynolds.

That said, besides Ivanka, her father is also hinting at a potential 2024 run to reclaim the White House. Meanwhile, Trump's eldest son Donald Trump Jr. may also harbor presidential ambitions considering his popularity within his father's base of supporters. The president teased at the possibility of his daughter someday running for the highest office in the country during a campaign stop in New Hampshire in August, shortly after the Republican National Convention.

At the time, Trump lashed out at Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, saying the California Senator was not fit to make history as the first female president of the United States owing to her failures in the Democratic primaries. The President then added, "They're all saying, 'We want Ivanka!'" while gesturing to cheering supporters near the stage. "I don't blame them," he continued, Fox News reported.

Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, have served as senior advisers to the president during his tenure. However, the couple and their children may soon be moving to Florida with the Trump presidency coming to a close. Earlier this month, the New York Post reported that the duo had snagged a lot for over $30 million in the coveted Indian Creek Island, near Miami.

Earlier this year, MEAWW reported how a poll conducted by Axios and SurveyMonkey found that GOP voters wanted Trump Jr. and Ivanka as nominees for the 2024 presidential election. The poll also showed that apart from the two Trumps, the Republican voters also wanted Vice President Mike Pence and former US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, among the 2024 contenders from the party.

The poll percentage found that 29 percent of the party voters would consider voting for Don Jr, while 16 percent would back Ivanka to be in the White House. Pence, however, led the poll with 40 percent, and Haley garnered the support of 26 percent of the voters surveyed in the poll, securing the third position.
