'It's Okay to Not be Okay' Episode 4 saw Kang-tae feel bad about treating Mun-yeong so harshly after he hears that her father had tried to strangle her again when she had tried to take him on a walk. Mun-yeong had attempted this only because Kang-tae had gotten mad at her for treating her father badly. Having no idea about how Mun-yeong had been treated by her father, Kang-tae regrets spewing those harsh words at her. He also remembers how she was walking alone on the street with a forlorn look on her face. Knowing Mun-yeong, Kang-tae knows that she would be on the street even hours later. So he hurries over and meets her to see her pass out right after.

In the promo for the upcoming episode, we see Kang-tae bringing Mun-yeong over to his place and even gives her a change of clothes. The two sit down to have a meal and it is clear that something about their relationship has changed. It is a lot more playful on Mun-yeong's side, but Kang-tae is still reserved with her and even finds her physical advances uncomfortable. This back and forth between Kang-tae and Mun-yeong has also changed in tone as Kang-tae doesn't seem as uncomfortable as he was in the previous episodes.

However, the conflict between the two has not been resolved completely. The fact is he is still considered a possession by her, a 'safety pin' that would keep her nightmares at bay. A thought of him calms her down and this increases her interest in him further. What about this man attracts Mun-yeong? Is it their connection from the past or is it because of his restrained way of expressing his thoughts and feelings?

There is also the issue of Mun-yeong's budding relationship with Kang-tae's brother Sang-tae. In the previous episode, she had met Sang-tae and made him extremely happy. In fact, Sang-tae couldn't think about anything else but meeting his favorite author. However, Kang-tae doesn't trust Mun-yeong who has Antisocial Behavior Disorder around his brother who is autistic. Sang-tae is sensitive about a lot of things and her attempts at getting closer to Kang-tae through Sang-tae is something that he doesn't appreciate.

In the promo, however, Mun-yeong takes Sang-tae along with her and spends time with him at her mansion which she calls the murder house and she tells Kang-tae also to join her. Will he?

'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' originally airs on tvN on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm KST in South Korea and can be streamed on Netflix.
