Sang-tae had ensured that he made it clear to Kang-tae that he belongs to no one but his brother Sang-tae. When Mun-yeong had attempted to talk to Sang-tae and tell him that she wants to be his best friend by giving him an apology gift -- Mang-tae -- she was turned down instantly. Sang-tae thinks that she is lying. After all, she has been hiding her intentions about Kang-tae from Sang-tae after telling him that he is her best friend. According to Sang-tae, best friends don't lie to each other and Mun-yeong ruined the trust that Sang-tae had had, by doing exactly that.

The promo of the upcoming episode shows us how the upcoming episode is going to center on Mun-yeong convincing Sang-tae to let her back in. Not just her, Kang-tae also tries to bring Sang-tae around by teaching him that he is an adult who is capable of accepting new people into the family. He gives Sang-tae the example of a character called Ko Dong-gil to help his brother understand what it really means to let Kang-tae be with Mun-yeong. What it definitely doesn't mean is that Sang-tae will be left behind by his brother or that he will be abandoned and both Mun-yeong and Kang-tae hope to make Sang-tae understand this.

In this vein, when Mun-yeong meets Sang-tae and he tells Mun-yeong that his brother is his -- as if he was an object -- Mun-yeong tells him that Kang-tae belongs to himself. This is a brilliant progression that we see here because if you remember, in the initial episodes, Mun-yeong had also seen Kang-tae as an object that she could own, very much like Sang-tae. However, this doesn't seem to convince him, because Sang-tae tells her that he is not going to give Kang-tae to her.

Then we see Mun-yeong call out to Sang-tae and say that she also wants a brother like Sang-tae in her life. This may very well be the defining moment of the episode as we see Sang-tae turn around to look at Mun-yeong with a look of surprise. The turning point in Sang-tae and Kang-tae's relationship we believe will also be portrayed in this week's episodes based on the promo because Sang-tae might finally realize that the look that his brother has on the face in Mun-yeong's presence and his smile reflects that he is happy.

The promo also addresses the ending of the previous episode -- of one of the patients at OK psychiatric hospital arriving at Mun-yeong's front door on her birthday to wish her. The director of the hospital has his suspicion that this woman is actually Mun-yeong's mother who had disappeared when she was just a child, and fans have been theorizing that she could have a mental condition that has her obsessing about Mun-yeong's mother and acting like her in the present. The promo mentions how this woman has had multiple plastic surgeries to change her look leading her to believe that Mun-yeong's mother might have just returned.

'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' originally airs on tvN on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm KST in South Korea and can be streamed on Netflix.
