Will Sam Jeffries be eliminated from 'Bachelor In Paradise' Season 9?

Since the doctor said in the preview clip that she needs to deliver the "poo baby" the next morning, this hints that she might be off the camera for a day or two.

Since it's not like Sam is having any surgery or she has gone through any major injury, therefore, it is safe to assume that she will return to the camera again.
