During the episode, Khloe claimed that they have not yet decided on the name of the baby. She further joked saying that as of now he is just ‘No name Johnson’. In the recently released episode, True was seen FaceTiming her mother shortly after she welcomed the newborn into the world. After seeing the baby boy, True in excitement says, "Hi, Snowy!" Instantly, her mother corrected her saying, "His name is not Snowy." It was obvious to the fans that Snowy could not be the name of the newborn as the Thompsons have not decided on their son’s moniker. So, who is Snowy? Fans believe that True could be confusing fans by spilling the name of his son, Kylie Jenner’s son. Travis Scott is often noticed calling Kylie "snow", and that could be a hint for fans to strongly believe that their 7-months-old son's name could be "snowy."

In March this year, Kylie announced that she and Travis changed their son’s name from Wolf. However, ever since then there hasn’t been any announcement of the new name. This led many of the fans to speculate what could the name be. But, after seeing True accidentally calls Khloe’s newborn son Snowy, fans believe that True might have gotten confused thinking it’s her cousin. Some of the fans took the gossip to a Reddit thread quoting the name "Snowy…" One claimed, “Khloe told True that’s not his name so it’s either Kylie’s baby’s name or just a name True likes." To this, another fan confirmed, “It could be Kylie’s baby name. It would make more sense. Kids get confused so I could see True doing that." “Travis always refers to Kylie as “Snow” so this could make sense that it’s Kylie’s!!" stated another fan with confirmation.
The name of Kylie’s son has not yet been officially revealed. It is speculated that the upcoming episodes of ‘The Kardashians’ might spill the name of the baby.
