'I'm A Celebrity': Caitlyn Jenner is unruffled as she skydives from 10,000 feet in season premiere of show
'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' saw some of the most notable faces of television and one of them was Caitlyn Jenner. While Jenner has an idea about reality shows, this show happens to be a genre that she has never experimented with.
In the Season premiere of the show, Jenner was given the task of doing skydiving. This meant that the reality star had to keep her fears aside and jump from 10,000 feet. Jenner was partnered with James Haskell and together the duo seemed unbeatable. Jenner and Haskell had to compete with Adele Roberts and Nadine Coyle.
Roberts and Haskell were given the task of retrieving the locks from a box filled with insects while Jenner and Coyle had to go skydiving to retrieve the lock for the box. Jenner did not seem intimidated by the challenge as she revealed that she had been a pilot for nearly 45 years and did not fear heights.
However, the same was not the case with Coyle. Jenner encouraged Coyle to stay strong and enjoy the moment. Speaking to the camera, Jenner revealed that she had been meaning to skydive for a long time.
"Over the years everybody has asked me if I have skydived and I would say no", she said. "I had to say no because my plane always worked and I never had to jump out." Jenner further revealed that Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian have also skydived before.
When the time came for Jenner to jump, she had a wide smile on her face and not even a slight hint of fear. Jenner seemed to enjoy the feeling that she got when she skydived 10,000 feet. "Everybody in my family has done it and can you imagine if I didn't do it", she said. Jenner's confidence helped her to procure the keys easily and it automatically put Haskell and her ahead in the game.
