'I Love A Mama's Boy': Lorenda labeled 'ungrateful a**' for returning Abbey's birthday gift

After watching Lorenda disrespect Abbey by returning the gift, several fans took to Twitter to call out her behavior

While fans are used to watching the erratic behavior of the mothers featured on 'I Love A Mama's Boy', fans were still left feeling a bit surprised by Lorenda's behavior. After getting her son Tre to spend Valentine's Day with her celebrating her birthday, instead of spending time with his girlfriend Abbey, Lorenda took another jab at Abbey by returning the birthday gift that she gave her.

Despite not being a part of Lorenda's birthday celebrations, Abbey decided to present a gift to her boyfriend's mother. Abbey got Lorenda a beautiful dress. Even before trying on the dress, Lorenda began complaining about the dress being too low-cut and better suited for a younger person than her. But Abbey gently suggested Lorenda try on the dress while assuring her that it would look great on her. After presenting the gift, Abbey decided to utilize the opportunity to set some boundaries with Lorenda. Abbey pointed out that Lorenda didn't have to come and clean their house every day, or do any household chores for them. Instead of trying to understand Abbey's point of view, Lorenda took it as Abbey asking her to stay out of her son Tre's life. This left Lorenda very annoyed, so she returned Abbey's birthday gift and got another new outfit instead.

Since Abbey worked at the boutique where she got the dress, she saw Lorenda walk into the store and return the gift. In her confessional, Lorenda bashed the outfit that Abbey got her and felt that she should be allowed to pick out her own outfit instead of Abbey dictating what she should wear. After watching Lorenda disrespect Abbey by returning the gift, several fans took to Twitter to call out her behavior. 

A fan tweeted, "Its the thought that count, Lorenda. Abbey could've given you nothing and that's what I would've given your ungrateful a**!#iloveamommasboy." "That’s the last gift she would get from me #iloveamommasboy," wrote a fan. Another fan commented, "Lorenda, you never wanted to invite Abbey anyway so you should appreciate her give you a birthday gift #iloveamommasboy." "Abbey is too kind to Tre and Lorenda. Lorenda is so high strung it’s ridiculous. Abbey puts up with too much and laid back. #iloveamommasboy," added a fan.
