Hillary Clinton mocked President Donald Trump by sharing a 2016 quote of her calling him "thin-skinned" and questioning his leadership skills.

On Tuesday evening (October 20), Clinton took to her Twitter handle to share, "In my case, there's a whole speech for everything." She also added an excerpt from a speech that she had made on June 22, 2016, when she faced Trump during the 2016 election.

The former secretary of state had said, "Now, just imagine if you can. Donald Trump sitting in the Oval Office, the next time America faces a crisis. Imagine him being in charge when your jobs and savings are at stake. Is this who you want to lead us in an emergency?"

"Imagine him being in charge when your jobs and savings are at stake. Is this who you want to lead us in an emergency? Someone thin-skinned and quick to anger who'd likely be on Twitter attacking reporters or bringing the whole regulatory system down on his critics when he should be focused on fixing what's wrong? Would he even know what do?" she continued.

Many social media users commented on Clinton's post and rallied behind her. One such user shared, "Mr. Trump WAS NOT a successful businessman. He has filed for bankruptcy SIX TIMES. Had business losses of $1.4 billion, owes $400 million of debt, and paid only $750 in fed income tax. He was a successful game show host and CON MAN though."

"And you were right, every time, and they hated you for your clarity and hate you still. They hate me too, in my little corner of nowhere w/nobody, because I've been right a few times. I don't know where you find your resilience to carry on because I've run out. #StllWithHer," another user shared.

Yet another user chimed in, "Southern white male former Republican here. You were the first Democrat I ever voted for for President. You were so right about everything and it was so painfully obvious to anyone 4 years ago. How could anyone not see through this guy?"

Another user who echoed the same sentiments added, "We have missed you so much, every single day of this presidency, @HillaryClinton. You would have made an excellent president. Thank you for so much dignity... and humour." While a Twitter user commented, "Everything you said came true! Most of us knew it, too bad was have an outdated rule that steals the election for the minority. That has to change!" Another user wrote, "She nailed it. She knew how bad it could get. And it has been worse." A user noted, "We knew she was right then. This was preventable."

On Monday, October 19, Clinton's daughter, Chelsea Clinton, had shared that Trump is "obsessed" with her mother during an interview on The Real. "He's obsessed with her! I mean, he talks about her all the time. He talks about her in interviews. He talks about her in rallies. He tweets about her."

She also then brought up the result of the 2016 election where Clinton had technically received more votes than Trump. "I think it’s really clear that he has never gotten over the fact that she won the popular vote by more than 3million votes," she revealed. She also shared how Trump is "threatened by strong, powerful women" adding how he "felt quite threatened" by Senator Kamala Harris.
