Hillary Clinton feels 'God put her on Earth' to become prez, waiting for Joe Biden to drop out: Former White House aide
A former adviser to ex-POTUS Bill Clinton said on Sunday, October 27, that he feels Hillary Clinton might try and run for office yet again in 2020 election because she thinks “God put her on the Earth” to be president.
Former White House aide Dick Morris made the comments during his appearance on John Catsimatidis' radio show. When he was asked to weigh in on the upcoming election, he told the host that one of the major questions still looming over the fast-approaching presidential race was whether “the ghost of Hillary Clinton” will throw her name in to compete again, after her unexpected loss three years ago.
“My feeling is that she wants to,” Morris said, the Hill reported. “She feels entitled to do it. She feels compelled to do it. She feels that God put her on the Earth to do it. But she’s hesitant because she realizes the timing is bad.”
Morris added that the former Secretary of State was just waiting for an opportunity to enter the race and that would only be possible if former Vice President and one of the current Democratic frontrunners, Joe Biden, dropped out of the race.
“She’s got to wait until Biden drops out because he’s obviously next in line for it, and if he goes away, there’s an opening for her,” Morris said.
Apparently, Clinton wanted to give the voters the option of a moderate candidate, which in this case, would be her, because according to Morris, voters wanted an alternative to the “leftist” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
“The question is are there enough moderates to beat Elizabeth Warren the leftist?” he asked, answering his own question claiming, “Make no mistake. She wants it. She’s planning on it. She’ll do everything she can to achieve it.”
There have been rumors that Clinton was planning to enter the presidential race yet again, as she toured the country promoting her book, 'The Book of Gutsy Women', which she co-wrote with her daughter, Chelsea. However, the Democrats have dismissed the rumors as being untrue and being spun by Stephen Bannon, the former adviser to President Trump.
