SEOUL, KOREA: 'Hierarchy' is streaming on Netflix on June 7, 2024, and the teenage K-Drama tells a youthful story about a high school and social inequality but also adds an element of intriguing mystery to its plot. 

As the show draws to a conclusion, the central characters of the series, Kang ha (Lee Chae-Min), Kim Ri-an (Kim Jae-Won), and Jeong Jae-i (No Jeong-ee), who are involved in a heartbreaking love triangle find themselves going all their separate ways. 

The show centers around Kang ha and Ri-an's rivalry as Kang ha challenges the order of a school where the elite students set the law and order of the school while the rest are just supposed to follow. As we learn later, Kang ha's personal loss is a motive behind his being vengeful. In the final episode, Ri-an approaches Kang ha asking for an apology. Will Kang ha forgive him? What happens to Jae- i? Here we explain the end of 'Hierarchy'.

Ri-an admits to being there when Kang ha's brother In-han was bullied and he did not interfere because of a personal dislike for In-han who used to hang out with Jae-i. 

Kang ha recounts the beautiful moments he spent with his brother and is not willing to forgive Ri-an which leaves him with a guilt to carry in his heart forever. Ri-an goes and admits to the inquiry counsel about being a culprit.

Jae-i has a final confrontation with her father when she tells him that she has always been afraid of him and been scared that she will be thrown out if she does something wrong like her mother was thrown out. 

Jae-i is leaving to start a new life and says goodbye to her friend Yoon He-ra (Ji Hye-Won) as she apologizes for dismissing her earlier and blames her lack of expression for it. He-ra tells Jae-i that her trauma is holding her back from expressing and they hug before saying goodbye. 

Jae-i then meets Ri-an and spends an entire day with him teaching him how to ride a bicycle and eating the toast Kang ha recommended to her. At the end of the day, she tells him to keep smiling forever and not to worry about her.

Kang ha runs to meet Jae-i in time before she leaves. He tearfully apologizes for everything that Jae-i had to endure because of him and for falling in love with Jae-i. He tries to stop Jae-i but she doesn't stop and says that she wants to start a new life. 

Jae-i drives away and reaches a house by the sea. In the final frame of this season, she finds her mom although, we do not see her mom in the frame.
