Hector, the 'loneliest dog in Britain', still awaits a forever home after 500 days at an animal shelter
The dog, who has a massive following online as well as a small fan club dedicated to him on social media, has still not managed to leave the Little Valley Animal Shelter in Devon
RSPCA staff are desperately trying to find a home for a lurcher named Hector, who was declared the 'loneliest dog in Britain', after spending more than 500 days at an animal shelter. Officials are desperately trying to find a forever home for the lonely pooch, who was rescued in October 2017 over welfare concerns.
The dog, who has a massive following online as well as a small fan club dedicated to him on social media, has still not managed to leave the Little Valley Animal Shelter in Exeter, Devon, in spite of all the free press and fandom, reports the Sun.
