'Hanna' Season 1 preview: From 'The Killing' to 'Suicide Squad' here's a look at Joel Kinnaman's roles
Joel Kinnaman, the Swedish actor who rose to global fame with his performance in the Swedish Film series 'Easy Money' directed by Johan 'JW' Westland, will be seen playing the role of an ex-covert officer Eric Heller in Amazon's show 'Hanna'. Eric, along with his wife rescue their baby daughter from a covert agency's headquarters and try to hide in the forests of eastern Europe, far enough to stay hidden, but also close enough to keep an eye out for the enemy. As his daughter Hanna grows up, she is trained to kill for self-defense, hunt, speak multiple languages and mainly stay away from fellow human beings.
This is not the first time, the actor has played an officer. In fact, the Swedish actor's body of work and attention-grabbing roles have seen him rise to become a global star. Before 'Hanna', Kinnaman has already charmed the audiences with these roles.
