When 'Halo' star Pablo Schreiber wanted to play Wolverine and Daredevil in a reboot
Pablo Schreiber is no stranger to action-oriented roles. His portrayal of Kris "Tanto" Paronto in Michael Bay's '13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi' saw him earn rave reviews and now with the game to TV adaptation, 'Halo' coming up on Paramount+, the Canadian actor is all set to switch to action mode again. Schreiber plays the titular character, Master Chief Petty Officer John-117, a genetically-engineered supersoldier known as Spartan-117. But if there was a wish, the 43-year-old would love to play a superhero, and he's very clear in who he wants to play.
Schreiber, in an interview with Comicbook, remarked that he'd love to play Wolverine or Daredevil. "I was a huge fan growing up of Wolverine and of Daredevil," he said. "Those are my two favorite guys and I would jump at the chance to play either one of them in a second." He also encouraged the idea of a Wolverine reboot. "And you know I think Hugh Jackman is done now with Wolverine, so maybe it's time for a reboot. Maybe it's time for a new Wolverine."
