During the podcast, host Alex Cooper asked Paltrow about her sexual experiences with two A-list exes and to compare them. As you might know, Gwyneth Paltrow isn't a woman of a few words and she likes being completely transparent about her opinions and experiences. On this podcast, she was completely bare and didn't hold back. "That is very hard," Paltrow began to think about how to put it out, but, without holding back she said, "Brad was like this sort of major chemistry love of your life at the time, you know? "And then, like, Ben was like, you know, technically excellent," Gwyneth discussed with Alex, who broke out in laughter.

While discussing Gwyneth Paltrow's controversial comments, The 'Today' duo sided with Paltrow and said that it shouldn't have been controversial as she didn't actually "diss" her exes. This topic led Jenna to ask Hoda if she ever "kisses and tell" to which Hoda said that it's a type of "betrayal" to your partner if you're in a relationship. Hoda then asked the same question to Jenna and she revealed that she keeps her personal life private and does not disclose any details about her relationship.
After she shared this, a photo of Jenna and her husband Henry from their wedding night appeared on the screen, and the former first daughter seemingly was embarrassed over the picture. Clearly uncomfortable with it, Jenna said nervously, "That was the night it all happened, ya'll!" The sudden comment caused the audience to erupt in laughter, with her co-host Hoda calling her a "bizarre human."
