'Grey's Anatomy' Season 16 Episode 14 Preview: Will Nico and Levi break up or make up in 'A Diagnosis'?

Will Nico and Levi take their relationship to the next level? Well, it seems they will have to cross a few hurdles before that as Nico is a little skeptical about introducing Levi to his parents

'Grey's Anatomy' has lost its charm with too many 'Station 19' crossovers. While fans can't stop complaining about it, there are a few plotlines that still manage to grab interest. Last week, the only intriguing aspect in 'Save The Last Dance For Me' was an old couple's romance (George Gerdes and Shannon Wilcox).

Not only was it heartening, but the pair's unabashed love also prompted Levi Schmitt (Jake Borelli) to make an important decision regarding his relationship with Nico Kim (Alex Landi). So will the two take their relationship to the next level? Well, it seems they will have to cross a few hurdles before that as Nico is a little skeptical about introducing Levi to his parents. 

Titled 'A Diagnosis', the summary of the next episode reads, "DeLuca is irritated after Meredith takes over his patient Suzanne whose symptoms continue to stump the doctors at Grey Sloan. Elsewhere in the hospital, Jackson, Owen, and Jo work on a couple injured in a bear attack; and Levi is hurt when Nico doesn't want him to meet his parents."

"I can’t wait for Levi and Nico to get married," one excited fan posted and another wondered, "Why is Nico so emotionally unavailable? Can't figure out if this is just how the actor is or if the character is supposed to barely have emotions lol." Meanwhile, one fan criticized the couple. "It was wonderful to see the older couple dancing their last dance. Schmidt realizing that Nico is not his true love was sad. I always knew Nico was NOT the one for Schmidt. Nico is selfish and inconsiderate. I never liked them as a couple."

The big question at this moment is: Will Nico and Levi break up or make up? "Is Schmitt and Nico about to break up? Is Mer realizing that DeLuca is not the one for her? Are they finally going to wrap up Alex’s story?" one curious fan posted.

Another said, "Is Schmitt questioning his feelings for Nico? Ugh, I hope this doesn't mean they're gonna break up. That would SUCK! #GreysAnatomy." One fan is tired of their relationship, "Schmico getting on my nerves too cause they were cute but every so often it’s like the writers can’t decide whether to make Nico an absolute dick or a sweetie."
