'Grey's Anatomy' fans fawn over Jackson and Meredith's friendship after Jesse Williams' guest appearance
'I've really missed them,' said a fan while another added, 'Jackson is such a good friend to Meredith'
'Grey's Anatomy's one of the most awaited episodes is here and fans have been going berserk since the time it aired. Jesse Williams' Jackson Avery's appearance in 'Grey's Anatomy' was one of the most talked about scenes of this episode. While some are in awe of the bond Meredith and Jackson share others are just happy to see William starring in this episode.
Williams' Jackson Avery used to be a colleague and a friend of Ellen Pompeo's Meredith since the time she was about to be a resident. However, he relocated to Boston to take over the Catherine Fox Foundation and work towards achieving equity in medical care. A newly divorced April and their daughter, Harriet moved with him so he could continue being an active and present father. While in Boston, he and April rekindled their romance. Regardless of all the drama the series never fails to highlight Meredith's relationship with her friends. Jesse Williams is also helming this episode of 'Grey's Anatomy' Season 19, and fans seem to be "here for it."
After Season 19 Episode 5 aired, fans could barely keep calm at the glimpse of Avery and Grey together for the first time this season. It seems fans have been missing their plastic posse a lot after he has been demoted from being a series regular. A fan said, "i’ve really missed them," while another added, "Jackson is such a good friend to Meredith." A fan wrote, "Love these two so muc (sic)," while another said, "my fav duo <3." A fan shared, "Jackson's and Mer's friendship >>>" A fan tweeted, "This friendship," while another added, "seeing Jackson again got me like." Lastly, a fan posted, "Jackson is back."
The latest episode, 'When I get to the border,' revolves around Bailey and Addison taking a road trip to volunteer at a family planning center, but a patient's ectopic pregnancy leads to complications; the interns play detective about Lucas' relationship with Amelia; Meredith and Jackson take a trip to Boston. However, that is not all, Tom reported to Catherine that her tumor was two millimeters bigger than in her last scans. No longer in remission, she needed more treatment, and she needed to let her son and husband in on what was going on, Tom argued. In response, Catherine reminded him whose name was on the building. Besides, she was getting help, she insisted. On the other hand, Adams bought Scout replacement clothes, he was caught by his fellow residents, furthering their certainty that he and Amelia were sleeping together. Later, Blue assured Amelia that her and Lucas’ secret was safe. She was surprised that he knew. Only when Blue started suggesting that he had skills outside the O.R. did she begin to catch on. Then Lucas finally explained what his peers thought to Amelia. Later, she couldn’t have people think that she was having sex with her nephew. “Fix it!” she told him.
'Grey's Anatomy,' which follows the personal and professional lives of the doctors at Seattle's Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, will be back every Thursday at 9 pm ET. Watch to find out what happens next.
