The death of George Floyd has sparked a lot of outrage and nationwide protests after a viral video showed a police officer kneeling on Floyd's neck. Floyd eventually lost consciousness and died, leading to widespread anger against police brutality. Floyd's 6-year-old daughter Gianna has been seen in a viral Twitter video saying, "Daddy changed the world". Click to see video here.

The sweet but heart-wrenching short video clip shows the child sitting on the shoulders of a man as she says her father changed the world. Many social media users took to commenting on the Twitter post. One user shared, "Whew lord... He sure did baby, he sure did," while a second user wrote, "Baby girl is seeing history & her daddy lookin down on her." One more wrote, "It breaks my heart that we must become martyrs to change the world!" A fourth commented, "Imagine what had to be said. Imagine how hard it must’ve been for her mom to tell her of her dad's death but make it heroic." Another added, "This is so beautiful I hope that’s how she remembers her father forever as the man who changed the world."

A supportive social media user continued, "Wow. No words. I hope my child feels this way about me but never has to go through this pain. We are all we have we have to be better to each other!! What a strong girl!" The mother of George Floyd's daughter is calling for justice over his death. While speaking to reporters at a press conference in Minneapolis on June 2, Roxie Washington said, "I want justice for him because he was good, no matter what anybody thinks." She added, "He was good and this is the proof that he was a good man." While speaking to CNN, Washington said that when she learned of Floyd's death, she did not know how to explain the situation to Gianna.

"The only thing I could tell her is he couldn't breathe," Washington shared. She also spoke of how Floyd will not be there to see his daughter through milestones and life achievements. "He would never see her grow up, graduate... he would never walk her down the aisle," Washington said. "If there's a problem that she's having, she doesn't have her dad anymore," she added.

We had previously reported that Floyd died after now ex Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin kneeled on his neck for a sickening eight minutes while restraining him. Floyd repeatedly told the officer that he was unable to breathe but the officer did not budge. The incident was recorded and the video went viral, sparking nationwide outrage.
