‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Lulu confesses her love to Dante and collapses, will she die or end up in coma?

Fans were upset at the possiblity of Lulu ending up in a coma or dying while others didn't understand why the Dustin-Dante-Lulu love triangle was introduced if Lulu's story was going to end like this

In the November 24 (Tuesday) episode of 'General Hospital', we see Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tell Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) that Dustin Phillips's (Mark Lawson) words before he died due to The Floating Rib explosion were about her - he also wanted her to have the engagement ring.

After Lulu tells Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that Dustin had proposed, Maxie asked Lulu if she would have said yes to the proposal if Dustin would have survived. Fans admitedlly knew what Lulu's answer was going to be -- she said that she was going to say no becauases she needed time to know what her heart truly wanted. Maxie, being the friend that she is, tells Lulu to go ahead and tell Dante abuot how she feels about it, so she doesn't lose another change. Later, Dante goes to meet Lulu at the chapel after having recieved a text from her, and Lulu tries to mouth the words "I Love You" before she collapses grabbing her head.

Spoilers for the upcoming episode (November 25 episode) have revealed that Dante will take Lulu out of the chapel and ask doctors to help her out, although there is a possibility that it will be too late. Even though Lulu has been suffering painful headaches and is still reeling from Dustin's death, she had not gotten any treatment since the explosion. Many fans had already assumed that she could have a hematoma of some sort and it looks like that is most likely what Lulu may be suffering from. She may have bleeding in her brain that she didn't know about that could lead to her ending up in a coma, or even worse, dead. Fans are aware that a Lulu exit story from 'General Hospital' is in the words -- could this be it? Could Lulu be leaving General Hospital?

"If they kill off Lulu, too, what was the point of setting up a triangle? Just to see Dante spiral and then move on? Stupid. #GH And how many times do we have to see Laura grieve a child?," wrote one fan. Another added, "I really did have a slim hope that maybe they would change their minds last minute until I saw Lulu collapse in Dante's arms..... F*** you #GH."

Fans were desperate for Lulu to not die, and since the November 26 and November 27 episodes will not air due to the holidays -- we might have to wait till the November 30 episode to see if she actually dies -- that's if they don't break our hearts in the November 25 episode. "The sad thing is I don’t even watch #gh anymore! I still don’t want lulu to be actually dead!," wrote one fan. Another added, "Presumably Lulus last words were I love you to Dante.  #GH" It's safe to say fans will be really really upset if Lulu dies, as another fan wrote, "killing off Lulu is an example of why I stopped watching @GeneralHospital on a regular basis 3yrs ago. FACT there's a certain actor that only got the job because he's sleeping with the lead actress is nepotism. Oh and don't get me started on Frank's pets that kiss his a**!  #GH."
