The Voice Season 30 Mentors: Meet the Music Stars Helping the Coaches in Battle Rounds

This season is not Patti LaBelle’s first rodeo on The Voice, as she previously appeared on the show as an advisor for coach Christina Aguilera in Season 10. LaBelle is known as the “Godmother of Soul,” and, as per NBC, she will “help Queen Latifah navigate the Battles as her own personal Battle Advisor.” The Philadelphia native “boasts a career that helped define soul and R&B music as we know it today. LaBelle’s impressive catalog of hits includes chart-toppers like On My Own, Lady Marmalade, and If Only You Knew.”

Carly Pearce is assigned to Team Riley Green. The Grammy-winning singer has worn many hats on the show in previous seasons. She performed her songs in Seasons 21 and 22 before returning in Season 26 to serve as Michael Bublé’s Playoff Advisor. Now, in Season 30, “Green will get some backup during the Battles in the form of country singer-songwriter Carly Pearce, who is responsible for hits like I Hope You’re Happy Now and Every Little Thing.”

Joining Team Adam Levine as a Battle Advisor is none other than Alex Warren. This marks his first time on the competition show. NBC describes him as follows: “YouTuber-turned-pop singer Alex Warren will serve as Levine's Battle Advisor. The viral 26-year-old star broke out with his 2025 hit Ordinary, which eventually climbed to the No. 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100. Warren will make his Voice debut when he helps the Maroon 5 frontman strategize throughout the Battles.”

And last but not least, Team Kelly’s Battle Advisor is Ariana DeBose. Just like Alex Warren, she is making her Voice debut as a Battle Advisor this season. DeBose has “starred in multiple Broadway shows, including West Side Story and Hamilton, hosted Saturday Night Live, and appeared in a recurring guest role in the sci-fi series Westworld, just to name a few of her accomplishments. DeBose had her first breakout song of her career with This Wish, from Disney’s 2023 musical Wish.”
