The Gentlemen Season 2 Cast: Meet the Stars Returning to Guy Ritchie’s Netflix Drama

Theo James continues in the role of  Edward “Eddie” Horniman in Season 2. Horniman is the second son of the Duke of Halstead, who “joined the British army never expecting to inherit his family’s title. But when his father dies, Eddie — not his older brother, Freddy — is left the massive family estate. He soon discovers a sprawling criminal enterprise operating beneath his land.” Netflix reveals what viewers can expect from Eddie this season: “In Season 1, Eddie initially wants nothing more than to get his family out of the business. By Season 2, that calculation has changed.” 

Kaya Scodelario returns as part of the Season 2 cast. She plays Susie Glass, who is described as “stylish, sardonic, sophisticated, and steely.” The streamer teases, “In Season 1, she surprised new business associate Eddie when she revealed the massive weed operation beneath his family estate. Although the two initially butted heads, they proved to be a formidable team. By Season 2, their operation — and Susie’s ambitions — have evolved.”

Daniel Ings is also back in the fold as Frederick “Freddy” Horniman, the heir apparent to the Halstead estate. Netflix shares more details about the character, writing, “In Season 1, the impulsive, frequently exasperating Freddy became one of the Hornimans’ biggest wild cards as he struggled to adjust to his brother’s newfound authority. Season 2 finds Freddy in a different state of mind.” The streamer also jokes, “Don’t expect another chicken suit.” 

Eddie’s mother, the Dowager Duchess of Halstead, is also not going anywhere. Joely Richardson returns to the cast as Lady Sabrina Horniman. The latest season “peels back a little more of the mystery surrounding Lady Sabrina, including the connection between her and longtime estate gamekeeper Geoff.”

Viewers will also see Jasmine Blackborow back in the role of Lady Charlotte “Charly” Horniman, “Eddie’s adventurous, liberal-minded sister.” She has “settled into life as a doting mother to baby Tarquin — though she’s still deeply embedded in the family’s orbit and remains Eddie’s favorite sibling for good reasons.” 

Ray Winstone is among the returning stars in Season 2. Winstone plays Robert “Bobby” Glass, Susie’s incarcerated dr*g lord father. According to Netflix, “In Season 2, the Glass operation has expanded beyond England, and Bobby remains every bit as ambitious — even as he takes a more cautious view of just how far and how fast his empire should grow.”
