Meet the A-List Cast Bringing Peacock’s Five-Star Weekend to Life

Jennifer Garner leads The Five-Star Weekend as Hollis Shaw, a food blogger whose life is turned upside down after her husband dies in a tragic car crash. Hoping to heal, she brings together friends from different stages of her life for an unforgettable getaway. And honestly, who doesn't know Jennifer Garner? She became a TV favorite as Sydney Bristow in Alias, then went on to star in fan-favorite movies like 13 Going on 30, Juno, Catch Me If You Can, Love, Simon, and Dallas Buyers Club. Marvel fans will also recognize her as Elektra from Daredevil, Elektra, and most recently Deadpool & Wolverine.

Chloë Sevigny stars as Tatum McKenzie, Hollis' childhood best friend and one of the familiar faces joining the girls’ getaway. If you're a fan of indie films, chances are you've seen her before. She won a Golden Globe for Big Love, earned an Oscar nomination for Boys Don't Cry, and recently scored an Emmy nomination for Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. Her long list of credits also includes American Psycho, Zodiac, Bones and All, Russian Doll, American Horror Story: Hotel, Feud: Capote vs. The Swans, The Girl From Plainville, among others.

Regina Hall plays Dru-Ann Jones, Hollis' college best friend and former roommate in the series. If there’s one thing Regina knows how to do, it's steal the scene. She is best known for the Scary Movie franchise, Love & Basketball, Girls Trip, The Hate U Give, and Support the Girls. More recently, she voiced Cloud in The Sheep Detectives. On the TV side, she's appeared in Ally McBeal, Insecure, Real Husbands of Hollywood, Nine Perfect Strangers, and the wildly underrated dark comedy Black Monday.

D'Arcy Carden stars as Brooke Kirtley, Hollis' closest friend from her motherhood years. Most fans know her as the unforgettable Janet from The Good Place, a role that earned her an Emmy nomination. She also impressed viewers in Barry and A League of Their Own, though we're still not over that show's cancellation. More recently, she appeared in The Handmaid's Tale and has a recurring role in Nobody Wants This. Oh, and here's a fun little connection: her A League of Their Own co-star Roberta Colindrez is in this series too.

Rounding out Hollis' friend group is Gemma Chan, who plays her newest friend, Gigi Ling. By now, Gemma has become a familiar face thanks to roles in Crazy Rich Asians, Don't Worry Darling, Mary Queen of Scots, Fantastic Beasts, Raya and the Last Dragon, and Where to Find Them. She's also part of the Marvel universe, appearing in both Captain Marvel and Eternals. Her TV credits include Humans, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and Watership Down.

And then there's Timothy Olyphant, who steps into the role of Jack Finnigan, Hollis' first boyfriend. He's one of those actors who always seems to make every role cooler. Fans know him best from Justified, Deadwood, and Santa Clarita Diet, while more recent viewers may remember him from Daisy Jones & The Six and Alien: Earth. His movie credits include Live Free or Die Hard, The First Wives Club, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Also, Star Wars fans? He's the fan-favorite Cobb Vanth from The Mandalorian.
