Reacher Season 4 Cast: Who's Leaving and Returning for Alan Ritchson’s Show

Alan Ritchson will be reprising the titular role, Jack Reacher, for the upcoming season. He has been leading the show since the debut season and has become one of the fan-favorite cast members. He referred to Reacher Season 4 as “by far the best season we’ve had yet” during his interview with Collider.

Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette will play Jacob Merrick in the series. Originally, Jay Baruchel was cast for the role, which Rodriguez-Marquette will now replace. Jacob, a police officer, teams up with Jack to stop a series of dangerous events.

Sydelle Noel, known from Glow, will be seen playing the role of Tamara Green, a Philadelphia police detective. Tamara is a reimagined version of Theresa Lee, a homicide detective from the book.

Agnez Mo joins Reacher as Lila Hoth for the fourth season. The official description for her role describes her as a young Indonesian woman who arrived in Philly, looking for her American biological father.

Anggun will be seen playing Amisha Hoth, who is Lila’s mother. The two have traveled to Philly looking for Lila’s biological father.

Kevin Corrigan will be seen as Detective Docherty in Reacher Season 4. He is Tamara Green’s police partner.

Kevin Weisman will be joining the show as Russell Plum. He is a freelance investigative journalist in Washington, DC. Notably, his character, Russell, has been surveilling a potential CIA Black Site. The star also shared his excitement when he joined the show’s fourth season in 2025.

Jay Baruchel was originally cast as Jacob Merrick but exited the series before Season 4 aired. Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette then took over the role for the upcoming season.
