Off Campus Season 2: All the Cast Members Leaving and Returning to the Romantic Sports Drama

Mika Abdalla is definitely returning for Off Campus Season 2, this time as the show’s main lead. Abdalla plays Allie Hayes, Hannah’s close friend whose complicated romance with Dean Di Laurentis became one of the interesting storylines in Season 1. After ending a long-term relationship, Allie entered a secret friends-with-benefits arrangement with Dean, (Stephen Kalyn). Things took a messy turn in the finale when Dean discovered Allie had slept with his rival, Hunter Davenport (Charlie Evans). The revelation sparked an explosive bar fight, leaving their relationship hanging by a thread and setting up major drama for the new season.

Stephen Kalyn is also coming back for Off Campus Season 2, especially since Dean Di Laurentis will be the story’s main focus. In Season 1, Dean’s relationship with Allie Hayes (Mika Abdalla) started as a casual arrangement after her breakup, but he gradually developed genuine feelings for her. Their romance became increasingly complicated when Allie grew nervous about getting too emotionally attached and pushed to keep things casual. Their messy arrangement eventually spiraled into chaos by the finale, ending with heartbreak and major tension between them. With Dean and Allie now at the center of the story, Season 2 is expected to pick up right where that drama left off. 

Ella Bright is set to return as Hannah Wells in Off Campus Season 2. In the first season, Hannah was introduced as a college junior and aspiring musician who began a romance with Briar University hockey captain Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli). Showrunner Louisa Levy has confirmed that both actors will reprise their roles in the upcoming season. However, they will no longer be at the center of the story as the series will focus on a different couple. Even so, Levy told Entertainment Weekly, “If you fell in love with Hannah and Garrett, don’t worry—they will still be an integral part of our robust ensemble. We’re looking forward to telling the next chapter of everyone’s story.”

Belmont Cameli will also be back for Off Campus Season 2, reprising his role as Garrett Graham, Briar University’s confident hockey captain. In the first season, Garrett’s storyline centered on his romance with Hannah Wells, played by Ella Bright, and the pair ended the season happily together. While the upcoming chapter will focus on other characters, showrunner Louisa Levy confirmed that both Cameli and Bright will return, with Garrett still expected to remain an important part of the series moving forward.

Antonio Cipriano is definitely going to return in Off Campus Season 2 as fan-favorite hockey player John Logan. Logan remains part of the tight-knit Briar University friend group that the series revolves around, though the new season will not center on his romance just yet. Still, viewers will get an early glimpse of his future storyline as newcomer India Fowler joins the cast as Grace Ivers, Logan’s eventual love interest from the books. Their relationship is likely being set up for a bigger focus later on, potentially making them the heart of a future season.

Fans will also see Jalen Thomas Brooks reprise his role as John Tucker in Off Campus Season 2, one of Briar University’s hockey players and a close friend of Garrett, Dean, and Logan. While the upcoming season will not focus heavily on Tucker’s personal storyline, he will still remain part of the core group in a supporting role. Fans of Elle Kennedy’s book series already know that Tucker’s bigger story comes later, centering on his unexpected path to fatherhood and his romance with pre-law student Sabrina James in The Goal, the fourth book in the series.

Josh Heuston will not return for Off Campus Season 2, as showrunner Louisa Levy confirmed that Justin Kohl’s storyline has largely reached its conclusion. Levy told TV Guide that, “We don’t have him next season, but never say never.” In Season 1, Heuston played Justin, the lead singer of the fictional band After Hours and Hannah Wells’ longtime crush. His role became a key part of the story because Hannah’s feelings for Justin pushed her into a fake dating arrangement with Garrett Graham, which eventually developed into a real relationship and became the heart of the season.
