‘Chicago P.D.’ Season 14 Cast: Who's Returning and Who's Leaving the NBC Drama

The head of the Intelligence Unit, Hank Voight, played by Jason Beghe, will be returning to the show as an OG cast member.

OG cast member Patrick Flueger will also be making his way back to playing Adam Ruzek for Chicago P.D. Season 14. The previous season ended with Adam losing his father and losing his memories. Later, he moved from his childhood home along with his wife and daughter Mikyala.

Marina Squerciati will be returning to her character, Kim Burgess, who was promoted to a detective position in Season 12. For the upcoming season, fans might get to see her shine as the detective, showing her skills at work. She will be seen sharing screen with Patrick Flueger, who plays her husband on the show.

Amy Morton’s Trudy Platt will also be part of the upcoming season, reprising her role at the police station’s front desk. While it might seem like a side character, she’s the one who holds down the fort while everyone’s out fighting the bad guys. Additionally, her character will be seen throughout exciting crossovers with Chicago Fire.

Benjamin Levy Aguilar joined the cast during the show's seventh season as Dante Torres. While fans are still getting to know his story, he’s also expected to return for the upcoming season, showcasing his acting skills and interesting storyline.

Despite joining the NBC show during Season 13, Arienne Mandi’s Eva Imani quickly became a fan favorite character. She will be returning for her detective role in the upcoming season. With her military background and fearless lone wolf personality, it would be exciting to witness her character development in Season 14.

In Chicago P.D. Season 1, LaRoyce Hawkins played Kevin Atwater, one of the OG characters on the show. He was one of the five remaining OG cast members who were still on the series. Unfortunately, he won’t be returning to the show’s upcoming season. As Deadline broke the news on July 2, 2026, his character storyline will be wrapped “in the first two or three episodes.”

Ahead of Season 13, Toya Turner left the show after playing her character, Kiana Cook. She shared the news of her departure with fans via Instagram, where she wrote, “My time on Chicago P.D. has come to a close. This show challenged me, sharpened me, and revealed what I’m made of. I’ve evolved through this experience, both as an artist and in my craft, and I’m walking away with depth, clarity, and momentum for whatever comes next.”
