Florida teacher's aide had sex with two 15-year-old students in community pool, plied them with alcohol and marijuana
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: A Flordia teacher's aide has been arrested and charged after she had sex with two of her teenage students in a community pool, and also provided them with alcohol, nicotine, and marijuana.
Kristie None Rosa, 27, of Naples, came under investigation from the authorities after they followed up on a report of inappropriate contact between a teaching assistant at Phoenix Alternative School and two 15-year-old students, according to Naples Daily News.
During separate interviews at the Children's Advocacy Center, both students confessed they had had sexual contact with Rosa, and that they communicated with her via social media app Snapchat. One of them said she took him to a party and provided him with alcohol and marijuana, and that after they were later kicked out by the host due to his age, she took him and three other students back to her condo's community pool and became intimate with him.
He also revealed she took them all home and would regularly bring them nicotine for their vaping devices by leaving it in the school bathroom for them to retrieve.
The other student similarly said he also had sex with Rosa, who was his teacher's aide at the time, after he started communicating with her on Snapchat. He said that, on October 30, she came over to his house and his bedroom, where they watched Netflix, smoked marijuana and had sex.
He added that, on November 3, she bought him nicotine at a vape shop and then took him back to her condo, where they watched TV and had sex a second time. He said the 27-year-old had told him not to tell anyone they were having sex.
On November 20, Rosa was called to the Department of Children and Families for a urine sample and interview and tested positive for marijuana. In a subsequent interview, she admitted to letting them use her community pool and watching TV with one of the students at her home but denied ever providing them with nicotine, marijuana or alcohol.
Rosa was arrested this past week on December 6 after investigators were provided video footage from her community pool where they could see her and the students in the pool.
She has since been charged with three counts of lewd or lascivious behavior -- promote sexual activity with a victim less than 16, two counts of narcotic equipment or paraphernalia delivered to a minor, providing nicotine dispensing device to a minor, and providing alcohol to someone under 21.
