Disney cruise worker accused of raping 10-year-old Florida girl, using spatula and hairbrush to abuse her over a 100 times
ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA: A Disney cruise worker has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl repeatedly at his home repeatedly over three years.
53-year-old Keith Seitz was arrested by Orange County deputies on November 25 after the teenaged girl told her mother that he had raped her several times between 2016 and 2019.
The assaults had begun when she was all of 10 years old and a fourth-grade student, according to the arrest affidavit.
Besides forcing himself onto the little girl, Sietz is said to have also used items like a hairbrush, spatula and a vibrator to sexually assault her, the arrest warrant said.
According to the victim, Sietz raped her when the two were alone at his home. He would also make her walk around the house naked and even fondle the child as he would tuck her into bed.
The incidents reportedly happened way over 100 times at least, reported the victim, adding that, possibly three times, things had got too 'intense'.
Sietz's alleged torture didn't stop there as the victim said he would also take photos of her while she was naked and keep them saved on his phone 'for when he's on the cruise ship', wrote a deputy.
In a classic strategy used by most perpetrators, Sietz would reportedly save these photos in an app on his phone that looked like a calculator on the outside but actually stored photos.
Deputies at Orange County had both the victim and her mother describe Seitz's penis as they noted it was 'different' from most others saying he ejaculated from 'further down.'
According to records, Seitz has been charged with two counts of sexual battery on a child under 12, two counts of sexual battery on a physically helpless person, and one count of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim under 12, records show.
Seitz is currently being held in Orange County jail without bond and is being represented by a public defender.
Cynthia Martinez, director of communications and public affairs for Disney Signature Experiences, shared with the Orlando Sentinel that Seitz has been put on unpaid leave until there receive the outcome of the charges.
