Elderly homeless Florida couple arrested for having sex on sidewalk in front of 12-year-old child

A sexual encounter left an old couple in jail.

An elderly couple was arrested and charged after they had sex on a sidewalk in Florida in front of a 12-year-old child. According to The Smoking Gun, 70-year-old Susan Roscillo and her partner 60-year-old Robert Kellogg were getting it on at approximately 8:45 pm on Thursday in front of the Capitol Theatre in downtown Clearwater. They face felony charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition for engaging in sexual activities in front of a minor person.

They were being held at the county jail for a bond of $10,000. “The victim saw the defendant and co-defendant having sex on the sidewalk,” the report stated. According to the police, the child told them that the woman was "on her back with her legs up in the air and no pants on.”

The detailed report also mentioned a cherry tattoo on her left ankle and was "actively masturbating Kellogg’s penis with her hand." Post Miranda, she also admitted that they had sex, the arrest affidavit stated. 

She also said she "did have his penis in her hand multiple times". She was also extremely uncooperative, according to the police and kept "screaming for her lawyer". 

Kellogg is said to have apologized about the salacious incident and said he knew it was "wrong." The arrest affidavit indicated that they had been drinking and were under the influence. 

However, this isn't her first run-in with the law. The news outlet reported that Roscillo was convicted of an open container charge as she walked a street in Clearwater, drinking a Bud Light Cran-Brrr-Rita beer. She has also been charged with trespassing, disorderly intoxication along with charges of disorderly conduct, battery on a law enforcement officer among others. The report said that the couple was homeless.
