Female sex fiend who earlier molested train conductor, arrested after groping cab driver

EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND: Forty-two-year-old Irene Torrie assaulted a cab driver by groping him, two years after she was thrown off a train for rubbing up against a conductor. Torrie is from Dundee in Scotland. She reportedly jumped from the back seat to the front seat during the ride before touching the driver with both hands in May 2020.
Torrie has a history of sex offenses. She was already on the sex offender registry for performing a nude sex act on a police officer after calling her neighbor a racial slur and threatening to bite him. She later rubbed up against a train conductor who tried to calm her down after she drank several glasses of prosecco in 2019.

According to DailyMail, in the latest incident, she told the driver that she had a condom and offered him money to have sex with her. She has since also admitted to uttering sexual insults and forcing the driver to touch her body. Recently, her sentence was deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court. Meanwhile, Sheriff Paul Brown questioned whether the woman could be accepted into the Tay Project, an exclusive rehabilitation program for sex offenders.
In the incident, which occurred on May 29, 2020, Torrie asked the cab driver to drop her off at her ex-husband's house so she could persuade him to give her money and alcohol. During the hearing, prosecutor Lora Apostolova stated, "She sat in the back seat and started asking questions. She asked where he was born if he was married and if he would cheat on his wife" Further she said, "She climbed over into the front seat. The driver pulled over and told her she couldn't move seats while he was in motion. She touched his penis over his clothing with both of her hands". Later she stated, "He removed her hands. The accused removed her shorts and showed her vagina and said 'I would like you to lick it.' He told her to put her shorts back on."
According to the driver, her ex-husband warned him and said, "Be careful of her, take her away, we don't want her here." Torrie had rubbed up against a train conductor before in 2019. When the conductor asked her where she was going, she replied, "You can take me anywhere." Torrie was eventually thrown off a train bound for Dundee in Perth and arrested by British Transport Police. In June 2020, she admitted making sexual remarks to her Polish neighbors, and in August 2020, she also admitted communicating indecently with a neighbor by soliciting sex.
