LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Fatal Seduction’ is moving towards an alley of disastrous relationships that might see someone get emotionally hurt or murdered. And this is exactly what transpires in the sixth episode when Jacob who continues to proposition and express his desire to be with the married Nandi, finds himself at the bottom of a bathtub after private investigator Vuyo strangles him. Jacob wants Nandi to be with him at all costs but she is skeptical, especially after Vuyo reveals Jacob’s past to Nandi.

As per Vuyo, Jacob’s father was a convicted child killer and Brenda’s testimony sent Jacob’s father to prison. Vuyo believes that this gives Jacob a big motive to kill Brenda and also hurt Leonard who presided over the case. But Nandi is confused and still smitten by Jacob and is unfortunately blinded by her lust. However, she sees the change in Leonard and hopes to give him a second chance. But, she is taken by surprise when Jacob messages her and decides to reveal his true identity before her.

Does Vuyo end up killing Jacob?

Jacob has always been upfront about his true feelings for Nandi but Vuyo believes he’s only with Nandi to avenge his father’s death. Vuyo tries to convince Nandi about Jacob’s double face game but she rejects it at first but later agrees with Vuyo. When Jacob asks Nandi to meet him, she hatches a small plan with Vuyo and invites Jacob to a room. Jacob reaches there and finds the place all decked up but Nandi is nowhere to be seen.

Instead, Vuyo is hiding behind the door and attacks Jacob as soon as he enters the place. He dunks Jacob’s head in the bathtub and puts all his force to drown him. Jacob fights to get out but is overpowered by Vuyo and gives up. He lies lifeless, face down in the bathtub. However, it isn’t clear whether he died but given that Vuyo still needs a confession or evidence of Jacob’s involvement in Brenda’s murder, it becomes necessary for Jacob to be alive. Maybe Vuyo hasn’t killed Jacob yet.

Nandi wants to give Leonard a second chance

At the anniversary party, Leonard apologized to Nandi for all his past sins. He promised to become a better man and confessed that he still loves her. Nandi acknowledges his words but still has her doubts as Jacob continues to express his desire to be with her. But Vuyo’s revelation about Jacob’s past puts Nandi at a crossroads, and who now feels that the affair with Jacob was wrong. She tries to find a way back to her husband and vows to be with him after witnessing that Leonard is serious about changing himself completely.
